Upon receiving your ePrism 500 you should receive in one box:
1 ePrism 500
2 rack-mount brackets with 4 screws
1 power-cord
1 network cable (RJ45)
1 Console Cable (for diagnostics, if needed, do not lose this cable!)
Even though the console cable has DB9 connectors at each end, it is not a standard serial cable (different pin configuration). You cannot use a standard serial cable for the diagnostic connection.
If you do not initially receive, or later misplace this cable, please contact St. Bernard Software for another cable.

1 ePrism "Quick Setup" card (8 1/2 x 11)
1 ePrism Installation Guide (~30 Pages)
Via email, you should receive:
1 ePrism license file for uploading during install
Note: While unlikely to be needed, you might keep the original box in the event an RMA is needed for a troubled appliance.
