ePrism not catching SPAM after v6.x upgrade

Applies To: Models 1000, 2000, 3000

After the upgrade process, check to see if the ePrism Intercept components are setup correctly.   

To correct this issue navigate to Mail Delivery > Intercept (shown below), and specifically check the Certainly Spam "Action:" field (see yellow highlight in the 2nd screen shot) for a value of  “Modify Subject header,” which modifies the subject field with the [SPAM] tag for the user, but allows spam to go through to user inboxes.

Set the "Action:"  field to "Reject Mail," rather than "Modify Subject Header," to reduce SPAM in user inboxes.
