How can I see how STA is performing?

After STA has been enabled for several weeks you may guage how well STA is performing and adjust threshold values accordingly.

Using the report on the STA Metrics you can guage STA performance and adjust thresholds.

To generate a Report, go to:

Status/Reporting > Reporting > Reports > Spam Statistics.

For Example:

Generally speaking the graph should have two peaks on bottom end. The majority of all emails will score in the upper or lower percentile. If it is a great variation in the score then ePrism may be mis-configured.
