STA should train 20000 messages into its database before it can begin the classification of messages. This may take a week of training depending on the message volume of the company. It is possible to 'scan and train' right out of the box, in this case, it is recommended the upper threshold is set to 99. As the number of valid messages increases (a counter is provided), the upper threshold can be brought down, stopping at 90 when 20000 messages is reached.
