Does DCC catch SPAM if STA is in training mode only?

DCC is used to mark BULK mail. It will continue to do so if STA is set to training mode only. STA will only learn what messages are valid and not categorize them. When STA is set to 'Scanning and Training' it will categorize messages for SPAM. The notion is, if DCC can't detect it, STA will have the last look to determine if the message is SPAM.
