In ePrism v5.0, to investigate the details of an email, do the following:
Go to Status/Reporting > Reporting > Mail History (as shown below).

Search for email using the desired search criteria.
Note: the ePrism user guide has that information in chapter 12, page 231. See
Click on the Queue ID to display detail.

See Message Details and Dispostion.

Click Show Log for detailed trace information, such as why a message was accepted, rejected, the spam score, which hosts handled the message, and which feature was acted upon
Note:, if no data is displayed, try using Archive button to see the logs.
