Why am I getting system, failure, or diagnostic ePrism messages as Outlook attachments?

Receiving ePrism or email system messages with attachments is a function of Outlook, not ePrism. It is a known issue as described by the following Microsoft article:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;814111

For example, you may get an attachment (instead of inline messaging) where the content may look similar to below:

Reporting-MTA: dns; whatever.whatever.com
Arrival-Date: Thu,  5 Jan 2006 09:58:21 -0800 (PST)
Final-Recipient: rfc822;
somebody@something.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0
Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; host 192.168.83.151[192.168.83.151] said: 550 5.1.1
